การประกาศในหนังสือพิมพ์ มักใช้ข้อความทำนองนี้ " ลูกจ้างพ้นสภาพการเป็นพนักงานแล้ว การกระทำใดๆของลูกจ้าง นายจ้างจะไม่รับผิดชอบทั้งสิ้น" การออกประกาศลักษณะนี้ นายจ้างควรกระทำเท่าที่จำเป็น และมีเหตุผลชี้แจงได้ เพื่อมิให้การใช้สิทธิของนายจ้างนั้นเป็นการละเมิดสิทธิของบุคคลอื่น | |
